Here's a recipe for a drink that can help with weight loss:
Ingredients
- 200 ml water
- 2 pinches of cinnamon powder or 1/4" cinnomon stick
- 2 pinches of turmeric powder or fresh turmeric 1/4"
- 1/4" of fresh ginger
- 1/2 tsp of lemon juice
Preparation
1. Take 200 ml of water in a pan and add cinnamon, turmeric, and black pepper powder to it.
2. Boil the mixture well (except lemon juice)and prepare it like tea.
3. add 1/2 tsp of lemon juice
4. Drink it warm after dinner and before bedtime.
