For every booking of our treatment packages to be confirmed, an advance payment is requested. This advance payment is due directly after the client has placed a binding booking at Enkindler wellness & Life Care LLP(Enkindler).The advance payment equals 50% of the total costs of the client’s stay. The advance payment can be made via bank transfer/g pay or payment gateways and clients are kindly asked to ensure that the exact amount is credited and that transfer charges are not levied on Enkindler LLP. After the respective advance payment has been received, the client will receive an e-mail/sms/what’s APP confirming his/her booking.
Please note: Should we not receive the advance payment latest 1- one – week after the binding booking, the booking is considered invalid. In that case, Enkindler has the right to make the space available to other clients.
We highly advice clients to send a scanned copy, or a photo, of the confirmed bank transfer receipt to administrator@enkindlerwellness.com /administrator.enkindlerwellness@gmail.com, in case there should be any delay of money transfer due to reasons beyond the client’s control.
The remaining amount of the treatment package has to be paid before 72 hours of the arriva. The payment for the additional items shall be paid against the bills of such items such as, taxi, medicines, off site visits etc.
We accept payment through various modes such as online bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and cash.
