In order to provide all clients of Enkindler an equal chance to book our capacities for treatments, any client is requested to inform us about cancellation intentions as soon as possible. The information needs to arrive at Enkindler through an e-mail before 18:00/6 pm local time on a working day. If the cancellation information arrives later than 18:00/6 pm local time, it is automatically counted to the next working day. The client is allowed to transfer his/her booking in his/her name to his/her friends or relatives, provided the same shall be communicated 48hrs in advance. More than 30 days before the booked arrival date, the advance payment will be refunded with the deduction of administration cost, Rs.2500/-plus bank transfer fee, if any, or 10% of the package cost , whoever is higher. Later than 30 days before arrival date there will be not refunds of the advance payment. Currency All costs and payments are applicable in Indian Rupees( Rs), if not stated otherwise by Enkindler Wellness & Life Care LLP. The client is kindly requested to ensure that the exact amount is paid. In case of refunds, possible fluctuations in the currency exchange rates might cause a slightly different sum to be refunded. The client is aware of this possibility when placing his binding booking, as Enkindler Wellness & Life Care LLP cannot be held responsible for such incidents.
